• Enoferm CSM^TM can ferment to 14% (v/v) and benefits from balanced nutrient additions.
• Wines fermented with CSM have shown intense aro­matic profiles of berries, spice and licorice. It has been known to reduce vegetal aromas.
• CSM adds complexity with a balanced, round mouth­feel and promotes malolactic fermentation.
